Lee from MCG surveying came to survey our home for our buyer in early 2026. I was very impressed with the professionalism and thoroughness of his work, so much so I decided to instruct him to survey our onward. We are currently in a reasonably modern, small 2 bed semi and I happened to be at home when Lee carried out the survey, he was here for a good 3 hours and was very thorough looking for any defects our home might have. He even used a drone with a high resolution camera to check the condition of the roof, guttering and fascias.

Regarding our onward, it was built in the 60s so I opted to go for the level 3 survey which was very reasonably priced. Lee carried out the survey on a Monday and by the Thursday of that same week I had a full and very detailed report emailed to me which listed all the defects/problems found and the estimated cost to rectify each of them individually. Lee also offered a follow up call for any questions I might have regarding the survey which was very helpful indeed. Amazingly quick and efficient service which is ideal when you are dealing with all the other stresses of moving! Would highly recommend MCG surveying.
